It’s so common to stay stuck in a cosy comfort zone, feeling ‘safe’ in the familiar, where you don’t have to face too much challenge or change. But isn’t it rather boring? Same old, same old, day in, day out.

What if you took a chance and looked, I mean really looked, at what’s holding you back? And most importantly, investigated what could drive you forward and support you to move to a new place – physically, emotionally and/or metaphorically?

A life coaching journey could be the help you need to focus on discovering ways to live your dream life, step-by-achieveable-step.

I’ve frequently ‘reinvented’ myself in terms of relationships, professional roles, place of abode, and personal growth.

Specialising mostly in one-to-one coaching, I support women between the ages of 35 to 55 who want to change something about their life to enhance their sense of ‘self’, their personal happiness, and fulfil their potential.

To BIRTH THEIR OWN NEW LIFE.

As a ‘Holistic’ Life Coach, I focus on where you may need more balance in your ‘whole’ life, rather than the usual career, business, sports or other types of coaches.

I’m living one of my dreams, and would love to be there to explore options to live yours too.
